Following these checks the operative certifies the necessary quality standard by signing and dating a provided checklist on the production order for record purposes and traceability.
To summarise: these include:

- Studio proofreader
- Proof tracking and approval of multiple proofs for changes and corrections
- Approval forms signed by the client

- Printing quality checks, proof pass sheets and finished item checking
- Finishing Department checking when appropriate

Printing plates, approval sheets and final file copies are filed for up to 3 years.
Any finishing process is quality checked both before and after the operation. Final packing checks are carried out and details recorded.
